John 3:16 KJV
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
Who is Jesus Christ?
Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world and the Son of The Living God. He is the only way to live an abundant life on earth. He is the only way to receive eternal life in fellowship with God. Jesus died on the cross to take the punishment for your sins so that you could be sinless in the eyes of a perfect God. Jesus is…
- God Almighty Isaiah 9:6
- The image of the invisible God Hebrews 1:3 & 2 Corinthians 4:4
- The Savior of the world John 3:17
- The Son of God John 3:16
He is all of that and more. Who He is surpasses all understanding. That’s how powerful, awesome, wonderful, and amazing He is.
Repent. Forgive. Be Baptized.
Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
Recognize that you have committed a sin against God and His commandments by confessing them and forsaking them.
It is important to know and to understand that Jesus Christ loves you regardless of your sin. All are welcome. He will forgive you of your sins and will never bring them back up again. That is what true love, happiness, and freedom is all about.
The World We Live In
For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
We live in a world that is without God, where right is wrong and wrong is right. People have deserted their morals and values in order to please a selfish and cruel society.
The world is such a dark, dark place to live in and it is very easy to lose your soul to the temporary pleasures of money, sex, lies, drugs, or partying for a season instead of living a holy and unpopular life for Jesus. It’s ok to step off of the assembly line, to not follow the crowd because where they are headed you do not want to go.
Tomorrow Is Not Promised
Matthew 7: 14
Strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Every day is a new day! While you still have the chance to, repent of your sins and let Jesus lead the way to salvation.
If you are tired of feeling hurt, unhappy, unloved, lost, confused, or empty inside… there is an indescribable love, joy, peace, hope, and fulfillment through Jesus Christ. Accept Him into your heart today and your burdens will be lifted. You will be free. Giving your life to Jesus is the best decision you will ever make in your life and you will not regret it.
Hebrews 9: 27-28
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
Living A Holy And Modest Life
John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
When you decide to serve God, you have to walk away from sin. All of the things that were appealing in the flesh will eventually be offending to you, such as the way you dress, the things you say or do, who you choose to spend time with, etc.
You will begin to develop a high level of respect for Him (and for yourself). Everything that you do will be to His glory, and His glory alone. You will have to denounce the world in order to serve Him to the fullest. Of course, all of this takes time and patience; years of maturity.
As you seek Him, your life will be transformed. If… you are seeking Him in spirit and in truth.
“No one is perfect. We are all sinners. Jesus loves us regardless of how many sins we have committed in the past. Sin is sin and all sins are an abomination in His eyes. Whether we have lied, stolen, cheated, or lusted after another person… we have sinned against God. No sin is less than or greater than another. Wrong is wrong and right is right, there are no in-betweens when it comes to God. There are absolutely no excuses and no exceptions. Once you know Him and are in obedience to His Word, you will be transformed from the inside out.”
