Part 1

The past is everything I’ve experienced;
it was just God preparing me for the journey
that would bring Him honor and glory.

Part 2

I had to learn to depend on Him,
using available resources to survive.
God was there every step of the way,
guiding me His way, on His time.
Though back then, I felt all alone.

Part 3

God is the only way; I know that now.
I am at His mercy, not because I’m wishy-washy
but because I’m undiluted. He was the only
one present 100% of the time.
