God wants our obedience but walking away
from sin is no simple task stepping away
from the crowd on our own accord is rough,
we might fail when everything else is
fighting for our attention. Still, we can overcome
our iniquities with His undying love, but that’s not
enough convincing, we want things our way
on our time, refusing to follow His lead
we destroy ourselves for lack of knowledge.
