With God in the picture, life may seem
worse than before, but don’t worry,
things are getting better; this is your first test
of endurance, so don’t run and hide
or cower and tremble somewhere dark
and lonely, don’t be afraid or ashamed
if you don’t have it all together; keep praying
and reading The Bible (this is your sword);
trust Him through all the trials and tribulations
you’ve made the right decision
stand firm in your faith.

Learn to spend time by yourself, do a few
updates and restarts, take out the trash,
and get acquainted with God,
meditate and quiet your mind;
being alone is not a crime; there’s no
reason to fear your own shadow.
