We blame God for everything
that goes wrong in our lives.
We forget or we’re simply not aware
that the devil goes to church, too.
Seeking whom it may devour.
So when we have one foot in the church
and one foot in the world
we are greater targets for destruction.

Most people blame God for every hurdle
in their lives, but the devil goes to church,
and he knows the scriptures better than
most; he’s always in full protection mode,
so when they have one foot in the church
and one foot in the world, they weaken
their armor of protection and become
higher targets for oppression.
