Fear of failure is where you’re stuck;
that is regret speaking, giving its best
advice for giving up. They say
“the road to success is paved with failure,”
so fail miserably to make it in life.

I have to be honest with myself; there’s
no point in being real if I’m afraid of
my shadow; I still have a lot of cleaning
up to do, some wrongs to correct, starting with
forgiveness; I’ve made many mistakes
and buried many secrets, too. I’m finally
at a point in my life where I’m ready
to take accountability for my actions.
