Chain of Events

I called you.
You did not pick up the phone.
Maybe you were busy,
I was sure you’d call me back,
I waited 6 months to hear from you

so I sent you a message on Facebook.
You did not reply back.
Maybe you didn’t see my message
or maybe it was accidentally deleted.
I was sure you’d reply back at your earliest convenience
but that was 2 months ago.

next time, I’ll send you a text message.
If not, I’ll write you a letter or send a postcard.
I’m just trying to see which method
of communication works best for you.

  1. When I initially tried to view this a message came up to say that your domain was about to expire. This happened to another blogger I follow and they didn’t realise until too late. It’s maybe nothing, but I thought I’d give you a head’s up in case it is and you’re not aware of it.x

    1. Thanks for the heads up, but I’m aware. I was using the domain that I was paying for but switched back to the free one……and I’m still seeing that message when I view my site. I don’t know why it’s doing that. Thanks again.

  2. Oh, forgot to say, I liked your poem. But I’d say whoever is being contacted no longer wants contact for whatever reason. Honesty would be better from them but some take the other route out.x
