The Anger Struggle

Anger betrays
the most kind and patient at heart,
even in the calmest moments.
…when that demon gets loose,
call for repentance.

If it’s not shutdown on the spot
there’s no turning back
from the road of sin.

  1. Another great poem. People often say you grow wiser the older you get…and part of the reason is I think as you age, you step back from anger a bit more easily and see the errors (or waste of life) that anger brings. The last line is very powerful.
